Loopback plugs are the quickest, most effective way to test that a PC's serial (RS232) and parallel ports are working correctly. These adapters plug into the serial and parallel ports of a computer, allowing the looping of the data and signal path by joining the transmit and receive pins together. These loopback plugs are designed to work in conjunction with BurnInTest ?Professiona allowing the quick diagnostic and troubleshooting of problems affecting serial and parallel ports.
The Serial Loopback Plug is a 9 pin female plug (DE-9) and the Parallel Loopback Plug is a 25 pin male plug (DB-25).
In addition to testing the receive and transmit functions, the following RS232 signal pins are also tested by the Serial Loopback plug: Clear To Send (CTS); Request To Send (RTS); Data Set Ready (DSR); and Data Terminal Ready (DTR).
No cabling is required as these plugs are designed to connect directly to the back of a PC. If a cable is used, then it should be a straight through cable.

媒體The Korea Herald指出，三星與蘋果雙方協議，簽署 5.28 吋與 6.46 吋訂單，出貨時間在 2018 年，三星很可能因此興建全新 OLED 工廠，另外，傳出三星與蘋果還有不公開協議，就是面板尺寸、設計、功能，都需符合新手機要求。
市場已經盛傳，今年蘋果可能發布的新 iPhone ，很可能就使用三星 OLED ，外傳 2016 年 4 月雙方簽訂，三星每年提供蘋果一億片 OLED ，之後又傳出43億美元 5.5 吋 OLED 訂單，總共 7000 萬片。
從2016年開始，就一直傳出蘋果將有 iPhone 十周年紀念機，很可能全玻璃機身外， OLED很可能也是一大重點，但消息越來越多，外傳 2017 年秋季，蘋果很可能推出 iPhone 7s 、 iPhone 7s Plus 、 iPhone 8，只有 iPhone 8 有 OLED。

蔡英文總統在國慶談話拋出「政黨領袖會談」，總統府祕書長吳釗燮17日拜會「時代力量」中央黨部，獲得正面回應。
吳釗燮17日上午11時拜會「時代力量」秘書長陳惠敏，雙方會談30分鐘。吳釗燮首先表達他代表蔡總統前來拜會，希望了解時代力量對於朝野政黨領袖會面的意見。他也感謝黨主席黃國昌之前對於政黨領袖會面發表非常正面的回應。
時代力量祕書長陳惠敏表示，對於朝野領袖會面的安排，不論在時間或形式，都表達開放的態度，並表示對於國家重要的事情，都願意盡量配合。
吳釗燮表達感謝，表示會將訊息帶回總統府，在彙整各政黨的意見後，再進一步聯繫與安排。
